Our mission is to provide the entire campus community - students, faculty, staff, and visitors - with a diverse
selection of high-quality, convenient dining choices throughout the day. Our "Uniquely Caffeinated Cafes" feature
delicious coffees, teas, espresso and specialty drinks, a delicious variety of hand-crafted "With the Grain"
sandwiches and wraps made fresh daily, and an excellent selection of delicious and healthy
"Fresh Harvest" salads.
Beginning today, March 25, 2008, the UConn Dairy Bar is now selling Department of Dining Services “With the Grain Sandwiches and Wraps” and “Fresh Harvest Salads”. The Dairy Bar can accept cash and Husky Bucks (NOT meal points). University members (faculty, staff, and students) presenting a valid UConn ID will be sales tax exempt.
Bookworms Café
In the library studying? Visit Bookworms Café in the study room of the Homer Babbidge Library. Bookworms offers delicious coffee and bakery items, hand crafted "With the Grain" sandwiches, "Fresh Harvest" salads and much more. Call 486-5233.

Chem Café
Chem Café offers the fine coffee, pastries, sandwiches and salads currently found at our other cash locations. Chem Café is conveniently located in the lobby of the chemistry building. Call 486-0813.

Lu's Café
Located in the basement of the Family Studies Building, Lu's Café offers coffees and teas as well as a great selection of bagels, pastries, sandwiches and salads. Call 486-6794.

Up & Atom Café
This conveniently located mini-cafe offers many of the same deliciously flavored coffees, baked goods, sandwiches and salads available at our other cafés. Up & Atom Café is located in the Math/Science Building. Call 486-1590.

Wilbur's
Located in the lobby of the Wilbur Cross Building, Wilbur's offers a wide variety of coffees, teas, bagels and pastries, as well as "With the Grain" sandwiches, NOSH Kosher sandwiches and "Fresh Harvest" salads. Call 486-5127.

Other Cafés
The C.U.P. (Cafe Under Putnam)
Located in Putnam, ,features flavored coffee, chai tea, gourmet sandwiches, assorted pastries, muffins and bagels. Call 486-4201.

Jitters
Jitters is located in Gelfenbein Commons dining unit and features coffee, tea and a wide variety of delicious pastries. Call 486-0703.
